### Job Description
As Rector, you are responsible for the quality of education and student care at Colegio Arubano. You implement the strategic plan and collaborate closely with a team of deputy heads. You lead a team of over 80 educators and support staff, fostering constructive relationships with students, parents, government, and other institutions.

– Ensure high-quality education and student care.

– Implement strategic planning effectively.
### Requirements
– Master’s degree with first-degree teaching qualification.
– Inspiring leader with significant experience in educational leadership.
– Strong knowledge of relevant laws and the Aruban educational context.
– Fluent in Dutch and Papiamento.
