Overview
Responsibilities:
– Maintain the pool deck and beach area clean at all times.
– Ensure guest safety and inform the supervisor/manager of any unsafe situations or activities.
– Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.
– Organize and issue towels according to company procedures.
– Assist guests with any inquiries they might have.
Requirements:
– High School diploma or equivalent.
– Preferred: experience in a hotel or similar environment.
– Friendly, people-oriented demeanor with a team-first attitude.
– Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
– Fluent in English.
– Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
– First Aid Certification.
