The Mega D Youth Foundation is looking for a highly motivated and skilled
talent to join our team. This person must be passionate about the program
and child development. He or she will work directly under the Director and
form part of Management team.
As Executive Administrative Clerk,

Your tasks include but is not limited to:

  •  Supervise reporting system of the Head Group leader on a weekly basis
  • Initiating and execution of evaluation process
  • Extensive diary Management – organizing meetings – , itineraries, agendas & schedules appointments.
  • Leading Staff meetings in absence of Director
  • Taking calls, can handle enquiries in absence of Director.
  • Dealing with all correspondence – letters, emails and minutes.
  • Organizing Travel arrangements for meetings, visitors etc
  • Organize In-House training for Volunteers, Staff members and management.
  • To undertake varied administrative tasks including photocopying, filing and data input,
  • Keep up-to-date and accurate records of sale of food/drinks and petty cash
  • To carry out light financial Administrative tasks, such as collection of Monthly fees and keeping record.
  • To undertake reception duties, and in so doing to welcome internal (students) and external visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • To manage and keep up to date student files , hardcopy’s as well as digital
  • Manage Student Database using access or other database application provided by Organization
  • To monitor and keep up to date Inventory of Office supplies
  • Prepare front area for arrival of Students
  • Assist in arrangements for special events, such as booking venue’s etc.
  • To produce letters and reports, forms and other documents as required by Director,
  • To manage and keep up to date student files , hardcopy’s as well as digital
  • Booking meeting rooms, organizing refreshments, lunches upon request.
  • To assist Director in anything necessary within reason to ensure the smooth running of the program and activities.

 

Qualifications:

  • MBO 4 or comparable Level
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet expected timelines.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, writing and reading skills.
  • Must be fluent in English and Dutch and able to communicate fluently in both
  • Previous experience working in an independent administrative position.
  • Management skills/ Able to take lead in absence of Director
  • Knowledge of Human Resource procedures
  • Some knowledge of Labor and Tax laws
  • Must be a problem solver
