### Job Description
The Control Doctor monitors work disability cases, approves medical referrals abroad, and advises on medical matters.
### Responsibilities
– Monitor SZV-insured persons for illness and disability.
– Review medical data, determine industrial accidents, and approve specialist care.
– Refer patients abroad if local care is unavailable.
– Conduct on-call shifts for emergencies.
### Requirements
– Doctorate in Medicine and specialization in insurance or occupational medicine.
– Minimum two (2) years’ work experience.
– Fluent in English and Dutch.
