Overview

Responsibilities:
– Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes.
– Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
– Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
– Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.
– Stock ice, glassware, paper products, and other necessary supplies.
– Transport supplies to the bar setup area.
– Wash soiled glassware.
– Remove soiled wares from bar tops and tables.
– Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
– Process all payment methods.
– Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
– Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Requirements:
– Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service.
– Associate degree (MBO) in Hospitality or Restaurant Management preferred.
– At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel.
– Food Handlers Certification (GGD Card).
– Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
– Fluent in English.
– Able to work shifts from Monday through Sunday and on holidays.
