Overview

The Account Manager Platinum Banking ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing advice, services and products
while adhering to the client’s interest and the duty of care and in line with compliance requirements and the policies and procedures of the bank.
He/she promotes and sells consumer products and related services of the Bank and provides a high level of personal customer service while managing his/her client portfolio.

**Position Highlights:**

**Primary tasks:**
– Actively promote and identify (sales) opportunities for the bank and (cross) sell Platinum products that are tailor-made to the individual customer’s needs.
– Prepare and present mortgage loan proposals to the credit committees.
– Prepare and present credit card, personal loan, and car loan requests.
– Management of current account and loan delinquency.
– Acquisition of new clients.
– Onboarding of prospect resident and non-resident clients, this entails providing the necessary information for the required documentation to the prospect clients,
input in the systems and follow up with the Compliance departments and the clients.
– Active participation in organizing marketing-related events.

**Secondary tasks:**
– Handle all debit/credit card-related requests.
– Prepare relevant correspondence to clients and other parties.
– Assist clients with Online Banking/App related requests.
– Provide personal assistance to clients with special needs, complaints, and problems.
– Perform the closing and maintenance of savings, current, and time deposit accounts, including the primary responsibility to gather the required legal documents.
– Acquire all documents/ information to build adequate client files and on a periodic basis update this information.
– Give presentations of Platinum Banking to clients or stakeholders.

**Requirements:**
– Min. HBO or MBO Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
– Previous banking experience is a plus.
– Good communication skills in English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento.
– Solution-driven and able to work in a demanding environment.
– Good presentation and negotiation skills.
– Excellent in time management, able to work under pressure.
– Focused on customer excellence.
– Able to negotiate, solve problems, and make effective decisions.
– Team player and good interpersonal skills.
